Slack WebSocket Issue

I use slack and have had issues with it today, after speaking to slack support they have said

Slack must have a persistent connection between our messaging server and members’ apps or browsers. To do so, Slack uses WebSockets over port 443.

To resolve this, please have your IT or network team inspect any traffic to wss-primary.slack.com, wss-backup.slack.com, and wss-mobile.slack.com and ensure your environment supports WebSocket connections. You can find more about the needed network settings here: https://slack.com/help/articles/360001603387-Manage-Slack-connection-issues#network-settings.

Does anyone know what I need to do because I dont understand it?

thanks

Re: Slack WebSocket Issue

If you are initiating the connection, you don't have to do anything. If it was working previously, it won't be a configuration issue.
