Smart Hub 1 faster than Hub 2?

Hi All,

wondering if anyone can help. I’m finding that my smart hub 1 type B is faster on download than smart hub 2

yet smart hub 2 upload is faster than hub 1 type  B. 

has anyone experienced this?
