Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and able to find a fix.
Yesterday, all WiFi connections from my Smart Hub 2 stopped working, but Ethernet connections are still up and running. I have tried many factory resets, and changed alot of settings in the Hub Manager but no success. The only way for WiFi to work from my hub is either:
- Via BT WiFi
- Disable the password on the Hub, so my Smart Hub 2 would become an unsecured public connection.
There seems to be some disconnect when I input the Hub password as I have tried the correct password and an incorrect password and both show nothing other than "Authentication Problem".
Any advice is much appreciated.
If a factory reset hasn't fixed the problem, call customer services and request a replacement hub.
