Re: Smart Hub 3

I expect so, it's just a WiFi extender, it has no knowledge of the source of the WiFi signal.

Smart Hub 3 WiFi extenders

Anyone suggest decent extenders for the SH3?

I have BT  dual ac11 extender 1200 but assume that won’t work with the SH3?

Re: Smart Hub 3 WiFi extenders

I would just get a mesh system with WiFi 6 or better, where the master unit connects to the hub (any hub in fact) by ethernet and the slave units all communicate with themselves and the master. This will give you a WiFi system that is independent of that provided by the hub and that you can completely control - in fact you can (and should) turn off the hub's WiFi.

@Jasonuk1975

Don't post the same question multiple times, it just causes confusion . You have already received a reply stating that it will work with SH3 in any case. Why post again?

Re: Smart Hub 3 WiFi extenders

Will you STOP posting the same question on multiple threads. How many times do you need telling!!

The ones that worked with the SH2 don't, but there are new versions to work specifically with the SH3.

Re: Smart Hub 3 WiFi extenders

Thanks for the update I just need a device to boost  signal to a WiFi camera in a room. Maybe the ac11 bt extender might be the answer as I currently have that on the SH2.  It creates a different network name but it’s fine for the camera to connect too
