Tech support for new customer

Hi 

i am a new customer my package is due to go live at 11.59pm tomorow how ever i request tech expert since then i havnt heard anything about booking an  Appointment  which making me bit worried 

Can anyone help 

i have been checking my emails daily 

And the tracker
