Just wondering if anyone can help at all - we have just installed a security system with a Texecom Smartcom cloud module, connected to the BT Hub 2 via wifi to work with the Texecom app. However with the default BT firewall switched on I can't get any connection to Texecom via my phone, disabling the firewall works but requires a reset on the alarm system.
Now I understand that there may be some port addresses that needs configuring on the broadband setup, but not sure how to go about doing this, can anyone help at all?

You will also need to set up an account with a DDNS service to track your public IP address as it is dynamic.
