I have been attempting to access a website that I have used for several years over the BT network which I now cannot seem to connect to, as of yesterday or so.
I have contacted the site owner who has informed me that my ISP may be the issue, for other individuals with different ISPs have been able to connect, but those on BT no longer can connect.
I can also connect to other sites without issue. A tracert command is successful with other IP addresses, but this one simply times out.
I am not sure who I am meant to contact or how - if someone can provide some assistance I would greatly appreciate it.
