Halo 3+ Customer trying to book a Home-Tech visit.
The online system when logged into MYBT just gives the following for the last few days :
Call that number on through to general services and unable to get right dept.
Anyone help at all ? Looks like paying for a service that we can't actually take benefit of at the moment. Many thanks
I found that also. Its is heralded as a Halo benefit but seems to have been withdrawn.
If you can't book online then get in contact with BT and speak to the Tech Team who will get it booked for you.

Hi @camper, with Halo 3+, we recommend that you can book appointments with our Home Tech experts for your initial setup, along with for faults and an annual checkup to ensure your connection as it should be.
If you're struggling to get this booked online, I'd definitely recommend following the advice @Manatarms84 recommended and give our technical team a call.
