Unidentified Mac Addresses

I've got the following issues while monitoring the technical log in my BT home hub 2.

"2.4G client Mac:08:7C:39xxxxx Deauthentications (Reason:Disassociated due to inactivity)"

And

"2.4G client Mac:  CC:73:14xxxxx Deauthentications (Reason:Disassociated due to inactivity )"

This is after resetting the router twice, and changing the SSID and password.

So I'm starting to worry about whats causing this. What does that message mean?

Re: Unidentified Mac Addresses

Important notes:

- I don't own Apple devices
- all devices were turned off.
- there were no devices on the device list.

Re: Unidentified Mac Addresses

Do you have powerline adaptors or a smart TV connected.

Re: Unidentified Mac Addresses

Smart TV's aren't connected due to not putting new passwords in. Checked .AC addresses just to be sure.

Also, we do have one powerline adapter, however I know the Mac address of that, plus its never been connected since password change.

The Mac addresses suggest one is from a Amazon tech device and then the other is a Chinese brand.
