Gateway should be 192.168.1.254, not 192.168.1.1 which is probably what Sky and Virgin use.

@startork  you don't indicate whether that table is with the vpn connected or not. If it i then as @licquorice  says why has the 192.168.1.1 gateway been assigned presumably from your vpn server. 

If the vpn at work is on a 192.168.1.x subnet and the home users are also on a 192.168.1.x subnet you are heading for longer term problems as you expand. in the short term things might work if both the work gateway and home gateway (routers) are both on 192.168.1.1 - but more by luck than design.

@countrypaul  this was while the  VPN is connected and yes the issue most likely is because of the conflicting subnets!

I will try and move the Office LAN (and VPN) onto a seperate subnet to try and resolve the issue.
