Hi,
A bit of a random and strange one - recently I am experiencing the odd web page not loading/rendering correctly, like a web page opening up on a slow modem. If i click refresh the page will load correctly without an issue.
Recent changes include upgrading to BT Smart Hub 2 and changed across to Norton Security via my BT account.
This issue is experienced on both laptops both running Norton so is not PC specific.
Anyone else experiencing something similar?

I've also noticed this since I deleted the old web protect and loaded Norton. When I first click on a link to a webpage it doesn't seem to be using the stylesheets until I refresh the page. I can then click on it later and it will be okay. This happened on Chrome and Mozilla for both my websites and on bank websites etc. I've never noticed this problem before.
I've removed the Norton safe web extension from Chrome to see if that helps.
My laptop is also much slower than it was before.
Thanks,
I've switched it off to see if it is Norton causing the issue.
I'll post my thoughts in a day or two.
I'm convinced it is Norton that is causing this - just noticed it has completed a file clean up and now I have to refresh my browser each time I visit a recently visited website to get it to display correctly.
Thinking that the clean up is not being reported to the browser and maybe it believes the files are still cached....
Same issue. No problems with the prior anti virus software, but websites sometimes don't load cleanly with the Norton.
Found a solution......
Open Nortons, click on settings, click on task scheduling, un-tick chrome temporary files, click apply.
Norton will now stop emptying the cache and confusing Chrome!
Nice one. Seems to work.
Just a note to say I couldn't find this initially from the launch page, I had to open Device Security first. Other easy to find. I actually turned everything off.
Ah yes you need to be in Classic View to easily make the change.
Launch View - select settings, select "classic view"
Thanks @MDT2. This was bugging me because I was having to refresh pages almost every time they load!
Your solution seems to have sorted the issue.
