Why has my BT internet suddenly stopped?

My BT internet has suddenly stopped working and I’m not sure what caused it. I have tried restarting my router, but the issue is still there.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? Could you please share any suggestions or steps that helped you fix it?

have you checked service in your area as maybe it is not just you  https://www.bt.com/help/check-service-status

what colour is the hub lights?  is you broadband package fibre to cabinet or fibre to your home?

Have you considered reporting the fault to BT customer services?
