I have  a Samsung S20 FE recently BT WiFi app keeps stopping, have made no changes to settings on phone. But have  to keep restarting app, to connect phone, before the notification was always on notification bar. Displays like this when I restart app. Used to be shown like this all the time!

The dedicated BT WiFi app has now been discontinued so is no longer available for new download or receiving updates. 

Our hotspot network has now been renamed EE WiFi, and we'd recommend connecting to this directly through your phone's settings.
