Wifi calling on Full Fibre 900

Just upgraded to Full Fibre 900. Was previously on a standard broadband with sky through a normal telephone line only getting around 30Mbps download.

I get a weak mobile signal here but used Wi-Fi calling on my old broadband line without an issue. It worked perfectly on the old connection before changing over to fibre.

Since switching to fibre 900 it’s absolutely terrible. I am constantly disconnected, the line is breaking up, and it goes completely silent for several seconds at a time before I start hearing  call again. If I switch wifi calling off it’s no better as the mobile signal is bad as well.
Even if I sit right next to my router where I know the wifi signal is very strong to my phone it makes no difference. Constantly cutting out. Don’t experience any problems with data usage it’s only phone calls.

Anyone have any suggestions? I have no landline and so all phonecalls are unusable at the moment.

Re: Wifi calling on Full Fibre 900

Sounds like your phone is not connecting to the hub. Delete the connection on th phone and set it up again.
