We recently moved house just a year ago, and the only provided network was BT so we switched to them as we were planning. After a year the wifi has been terrible throughout the whole entire house. We’ve been paying for 150mb for £35 and it can barely reach the top of the stairs. My sons room is at the top of the stairs and he only gets 8mbps Download and 2mbps Upload. Thats not even a fraction of the amount we are supposed to be getting. We have tried putting our hub in various different places but It didnt change at all. Right now we just have it in our cupboard cause thats where the main connection is anyways. We need an instant fix now because this is getting outrageous and i can barely do anything cause of how slow this wifi is.
