does that mean I will wait a few weeks for installation?

This is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT. Try logging in to MYBT and if there is any update shown for your order
please provide an e-mail so that I can contact the person responsible for the installation,
unfortunately I cannot call and the attempt to settle the matter with the robot in the chat has no effect
There is no e-mail address, you will just need to wait for an update from BT.
Installation is done by Openreach, and they do not deal with the public.
