What about an image of the DSL Log in System Log?
Not unreasonable for Asus to suggest calling BT and now @jasonh99 is just trying to get some help from the friendly community here😊
Have you got an image of the DSL Log as that might help.
The only things that strike me are :-
1 . Your Interleave Depth is incredibly high. It should zero and should be on Fast Path not interleaved.
2. The Power setting is odd. Mine is 11.2dbm and 6.6 dbm and yours are negative. Could be some fault on the line.
I'm pretty sure the above is what's causing your problems.
Do you keep rebooting the Asus or are you getting constant disconnects?
I#ll have to go in aminute but will be back tomorrow.
I did a factory reset and left it fora few hours which resolved the interleave depth and got it on fast now, but the power is still in negatives any suggestions?
Googling the power issue suggests that it's not a problem as the - indicates it's less than 1 milliwatt and that seems to be not uncommon.
Overall now what's your performance like now that you're on fast path & higher speeds?
It's better now back to what i was getting on the bt hub and no disconnects. Final thing i was trying to do was setup QoS says i need to create a rule but not sure how to go about that By default, the priority for upload and download bandwidth is "low". If there is no bandwidth priority rule, the priority for both upload and download bandwidth is "low". these are the options i have.
