4K UHD v UHD

I notice that TNT Sports content previously labelled 4K UHD on discovery+ is now labelled UHD . is there a reason for this ?

Probably an American anti-libel thing because 4K is a cinema resolution and the official TV resolution isn't actually 4K and is the official classification is Ultra HD
