Adding TNT Sports to Discovery+

I have a “free” Discovery+ account provided as part of my Sky TV subscription.

If I subscribe to TNT Sports through MyBT, can TNT Sports be added to my existing Sky Discovery+ account or will I have to deactivate my Sky Discovery+ account first?
