I try to link the account number with my BT ID it goes green and says it will take 5 minutes and didn’t work. Tried at least 10 times.
Went through to support and they didn’t know either. Anyone have any idea why I can’t link my account number to my BT ID?
Could you please send me a DM with the BT ID you're using, and the account number you're trying to add. I'll check what our systems show for it.
