Monthly Pass Purchase Problem

Been trying to purchase a monthly sports pass 4 or 5 times now and every time I get to put in my card details then get a link to confirm with my banking app, once I've confirmed that it takes me back to step 4 again asking for payment again! Tried speaking to the help line who said it is an online only thing which is not a lot of help! All I want to do is watch the football

Having very similar issue, it won't accept my card payment. So stupid.

@Mark1991 we're struggling to reproduce this issue, but we know a few people are experiencing it.  If you're still seeing it, we'd really appreciate if you could send us screenshots of each screen of the process.  You can email them to tv.apps@bt.com

Same goes for anyone else who's having issues buying or resuming a monthly pass - screenshots of every stage would really be appreciated.
