BT Monthly sports pass

Hi

I bought and paid for a months BT sports pass at 5pm today. On my PS5 and Firestick it’s saying. “You can’t play that you need to upgrade.” On my ipad it’s saying “Please check you are connected to the internet”

Im very disappointed with this issue. I can’t call BT because I’m hard of hearing and have no one to call for me. Could someone please help resolve this issue?

Update: I’m at work now on a BT internet connection. The app is working now. My home internet is Virgin Media. You can use the app on Virgin media broadband right?
