Ultimate channel on xbox one x

There is no bt sport ultimate channel available tonight for the arsenal v Lisbon game on my xbox one x. There always has been the the uhd hdr for games which are shown on the ultimate channel until tonight's game. Is this a known issue and can it be fixed? I've checked all my xbox and tv settings which are available set up for 4k and hdr and even get green ticks across the board on the compatibility checker.

We're currently investigating an issue on the Xbox One S and X, which is causing the audio to become massively out of sync with the video - so far out, that it ruins the experience. Rather than have everyone have a poor experience with it, we've temporarily turned it off.

We'll get it back on as soon as we've found and fixed the issue.

Can you post on here when the issue has been fixed and the ultimate channel is back up and running please?

I've seen that this problem wasn't fixed for yesterday's match. Have you got any idea when this will be fixed?
