BT Sport App Schedule Padel

the live events schedule on the Bt Sport App schedules seem to be missing the Live World Padel tour programming.

As the World Padel Tour continues the events  are  still are not being listed in the Bt Sport App  live events schedules. Example Portugal Open 9/10/11 September.

this continues to be an issue . 

How many times does an issue have to raised for any action. ?

Have you ever seen Padel events listed? If not, then it's not a bug - it's a feature request.

They don't currently appear in our data feed, so we can't show them in the app.

I'll ask the product owner if there's a reason why they're excluded. If not, then I'll see if there's any appetite to find a data source.

The schedule is not marketed as selection of live events but a schedule of all that are upcoming so I would expect all live sports on to be included.  ( BT describes it as. A Full Schedule of Live Sports)

yet again the product seems to be being let down by inadequate data feeds.

A feature request would be having a Padel filter , that is not expected. what expected is that the schedule is complete which apparently it is not as you don’t have data for some events,  

A process whereby live sports events that are to be broadcast reach the schedule so that people know is what is expected should already be in place.  that would be a basic requirement. Clearly that process is not functioning.

Response from the product owner (the guy who decides what all our apps should do):

The "Live schedule" screen is designed to highlight the most popular live events that are shown on the channels, from the many that we televise. Inevitably this means that some sports sometimes get overlooked - but we do keep a close eye on viewing figures and will always look to start including sports that drive significant audiences.

Could i suggest that the many product owners get together and agree a consistent approach because  that is not what BT TV is presenting currrently.
