I subscribed to the BT Sport monthly pass.
On my Hisense Roku TV, the compatibility checker says I am not logged in. The strange thing is that I am logged in and it will let me watch videos. It's not a massive issue but my OCD doesn't like the fact the compatibility checker is not working.
I tried it on my Fire TV stick and the compatibility checker works fine.
How can I report the issue so that it can be fixed?
