Over the last 3 weeks BT Sport freezes after about 30 seconds and then VC526 error messages comes up. I've tried steaming from 3 different houses and I've tried it on the 4K Chromecast as well as Chromecast 3, all with the same issues. Anyone else having this problem?
Yes, we've had a few complaints about that. Google updated the player on customer devices recently, and I suspect it doesn't play nicely with our content.
We strongly recommend all users switch to using discovery+ where you'll get a much better experience.

Would be nice if you could just sort the issues out with the BT Sport app, rather than suggesting to download another app.
It won't let me sign into the Discovery Plus App.
I've tried that a few weeks ago and it just wouldn't work. Doesn't recognise my BT Sport log in.
I go to Activate discovery+/TNT sports confirm account/Go to my BT/MyBT home page then I get Unfortunately we are unable to show offers with your current plan.
