BT Sport Monthly Pass and Discovery+

Hi, I recently moved from BT Sport with PlusNet and now have BT Sport Monthly Pass.

Discovery+ I can't watch content on Discovery+ any more it says "contact provider" so I am guessing there is some authorisation that needs to be done?

The process fails for a very small number of people unfortunately.
Email me at tv.apps@bt.com and let me know the email address you've used for your Discovery+ login. I'll ask Discovery to sort it.
