BT Sport App is giving me code ID003. Account is showing big sport package. Account is showing myself as the account holder. Can anyone help me please? Many thanks.

Your BT ID was deleted and recreated last week, but the job was only half done. I've raised a request for it to be completed properly - I'll update here when it's done.
