BT sport keeps stopping IPC6023

When watching BT sport, it will stop working and shows error IPC6023 but if I change to another BT sport channel (so watching BTS1 and switch to BTS2) the tv is working fine. 

This happens every time I watch BT sports and is very frustrating. I’ve got some BT power line adapters which is how I get the internet channels but surely if the internet is down then the other BT sport channels shouldn’t work. 

Any help on this?

Powerline adapters are proven to cause that error, you need to eliminate them first which means that, regardless of how difficult or inconvenient it may be, you need to do whatever is necessary to replace them with an ethernet cable for test purposes.
