BT sport online

What is code VC011D, or possibly VCO11D, watching on-line keeps loosing signal and says go to bt.com/help/sports/ with the code. Result is error 404

The correct URL is bt.com/help/sport but unfortunately VC011 just means it's a generic error when trying to start video.
The usual advice would be to try rebooting everything - including your internet router.
