BT sport pass reactivation - Id003

Hi,

I have tried to reactivate by BT Sport pass. Not straightforward but followed advice found here and all seemed to go through OK. But I get an error message when trying to acess BT Sport - unable to find active BT Sport subscription on this account. Code: ID003. Money has gone from my bank account.

I phoned BT and was told they couldn't help and that I should contact my bank! Extraordinary.

Any suggestions?

How long ago did you reactivate the pass?

Could you please send me a DM with the BT ID that you reactivated your monthly pass on? The email address you're using for these forums doesn't have a monthly pass on - only an old subscription for BT Sport on Sky.
