Are there any other Youview boxes connected to your broadband, if so may be worth temporarily disconnecting them whilst you attempt to pair ?
Hi ihave tried all that now i have also used a ipad with ios and another android using android 12 all with the same result how am I suppose to series link programes if I can't use the app
@zulu17 it should handle that ok - it pops up a screen listing all the boxes to choose from. I have 6 boxes on my network and can see them all.
Hi exactly the same for me we where using ipads and android 12 as well how are you supposed to series link stuff of you can't use the app at least with sky you press the record button again and it will series link it
@trekerdwarf you can series link on the box too - just press the record button and it'll prompt to record series if it's available for that programme.
You could try a factory reset of the box, just in case that helps though?

The software on the box is 4.0.238, I checked for updates this morning after the factory reset and it confirmed the software is 'up to date'.
I don't have any other Youview boxes @zulu17 .
