CC_P123 Another Casting Issue

CC_P123 is now an error stopping me cast to my TV via Chromecast. Reinstalled app, reinstalled Chromecast and still the same

 

I cannot even find this error listed 

 

So again I  cannot watch a live Football match

 Can watch and cast other sport programmes just not the match I want to view
