Hello, I'm looking to potentially upgrade temporarily to TNT sport (for ~3 months). If I upgrade my package from the standard Entertainment package, can I then downgrade it back again when I want? This isn't clear anywhere online and is very frustrating.
I spoke to someone on the phone and they said this was fine, but they also said I only have Netflix standard (without HD) and that I'm paying for it twice, but this definitely isn't right. I had Netflix and am paying extra to have it HD. I know this and can see it in my Netflix account, so the conversation didn't fill me with confidence.
I also want to have it in writing but it says you can't discuss upgrades via online chat,.
