Hi I'm trying to cancel my BT Sport monthly pass by the 16th of this month. Every time I try to cancel I get a notification in a red box saying 'Something has gone wrong. Sorry, the cancellation has not been successful. Please try again later"
This has been happening for the last 3 days. Are there any workarounds for this?
