Can’t get sports channels on downstairs tv

I can get all channels through my bt box but not the sports channels that I subscribe to. However bt box upstairs works fine. I’ve rebooted hub and the bt box downstairs but still nothing. Any suggestions.

Is this a new subscription or a problem that has just appeared? How is the downstairs box connected to the hub? WiFi, Ethernet or powerline adapters? Have you tried a software update on the downstairs box?

Had the subscription for nearly a year and it’s a wired system upstairs which doesn’t work but a WiFi system upstairs which does work.

You need multi room subscription to get sports on more than tv

Yes, if you’ve got 2 boxes and neither of them are yours, you must have multi room. Have you tried a software update on the downstairs box?

Thanks so much for your suggestions. Had to resort to asking my son to visit to fix the problem. Turns out the box wasn’t pairing. Within 10 minutes it was all sorted.
