How Connect TNT Sports to Discovery +

I have TNT Sports paid for on my BT bill. I normally watch on Sky TV but want to watch on my IPad sometimes. 
On MyBT it says I have discovery plus on my package. But when I created a Discovery plus log in, it says 8 need to buy a pass. How do I link my TNT to the Discovey Plus website?

You say you usually watch it on Sky, try using that password on the app

I had to do this, log into your online bt account (myBT) go into plans and subscriptions and under tv or tv and sport click on manage there should be an option to activate discovery+ then once you hit their website log in and you should be all set.  Any bother call BT and they will be able to check it all out and set you right (as they did with me lol)
