Trying to cancel TNT/BT Sport and get this message:
Thanks for subscribing to TNT Sports. You will be able to cancel when your first payment has processed. This usually takes less than 24 hours but may take longer. Please try again then.
I have been a member of BT sport for a few years now so this makes no sense. I’ve tried waiting and cancelling and still has same message. Please assist

Are you trying to cancel an ongoing BTTV subscription? In which case you can only ring BT to cancel. It sounds to me like you're trying to cancel a monthly pass, which I suspect you don't have.
Hi, It is a monthly pass.
I googled it and seems someone posted a similar issue here back in ‘23 that was resolved by a representative so it must be a known issue?
