Change Email for Nowtv

I seem to be going round on circles between BT & NowTV. I need to revise the email on the Nowtv that is paid for by the BT package but I can’t seem to get any joy, as both parties seem to say it is the other to amend.

Not sure where to go to change it, as it should be simple

Check out How Do I Change My Email Address? (nowtv.com) Log in with your Now account details and you'll have an option to update/change your email address.
