Hello.
I took a pause when the football season ended on my BT sport ultimate.
I restarted it and it's come on this morning.
However, nothing in my setup has changed but on going to 465 and the test footage it says with a banner my TV doesn't have HDR and to go to 433.
I never had this problem before and yes it is fully HDR compatible.
What's going on??
Thank you

So here it is. The error message I get despite the TV acknowledged a HDR signal on bottom right..What's going on?
I occasionally see that message sometimes even after it has switched to HDR on the tv - it usually goes after a few seconds.
Usuaully occurs only the first time I use the box for a while.
Thanks for the reply.
Do you know if they've tweaked the TV picture settings recently as I'm seeing notable differences of improvement in HD channels.
I still have to turn off the frame rate matching setting though as I see judder on the TV picture despite all enhancements off on the TV.
There was a discussion about the frame rate issue - I think if https://community.bt.com/t5/YouView-from-BT/BT-TV-Box-Pro-comments-questions/m-p/2243663#M67346
I've not noticed any changes to HD but I tend only to use the UHD channels.
433 is UHD - 465 is UHD/HDR.

Forgive me for asking but what's in uhd apart from channel 465??
Do you mean Amazon and Netflix content?
Happy to report thanks to an intervention by Moderator Dave the issue seems resolved.
I had all the correct settings in harmony with my Philips Ambilight TV and my BT pro box with one exception - we changed it to 10bit from 8bit and ensured hdmi frame rate matching was turned off.
Thanks Dave, and everyone else who contributed. 🙂
