I get my new Disc+ Sport from BT via my Sky Q box and all works well. I was recently away and tried to use the Disc+ app via both android tablet and phone (both upto date android [14 & S8].
My account has been activated but I cannot watch any live sport on the Disc+ app and am advised to contact content provider. Any help would be much appreciate.

If it's showing that message then either the account hasn't been activated, or it isn't activated for the login you're using.
