Discovery+ Package Changes

Just got an email from Discovery+ saying my current package is being downgraded to lose sport on 28 February. However it is not talking about my legacy TNT Sport on Mobile deal specifically.

Please can BT make a statement as to what is happening for their customers on legacy Mobile packages with TNT Sport? Clearly it wasn’t the original intent that we get moved to a package which hasn’t any sport on it?

As this is a customer to customer forum and the mods do not have access to customer accounts, i would suggest you contact BT and see what's changing with your package as I would imagine there is something going on there, if not they will still be able to give you an answer.

Well they tried sending an email out about it and failed miserably as it had no content in it 😂
