HBO MAX won't accept my email address

I have a the TNT Sports channels through BT which I play on Sky. The Discovery Plus app works perfectly fine But the HBO app won't recognise the email address for it so I can't watch TNT through the app.

When you enter the address are you sure it is not automatically adding a trailing space?

@Kord1 I can confirm that HBO Max shows that your subscription is active, however I cannot confirm what email address is used (as they don't allow us to see that info).  If you're totally sure that you're using the correct email address then the next step would be to cancel your current activation to allow you to activate it again with an email address you know - to do this, email eetvsupport@ee.co.uk with your account number, and a message saying that you'd like to reset your HBO Max activation.

It works with the new Sky TV package including Disney Plus  and HBO MAX But the one that I had through Discovery Plus from BT which included TNT Sports and is a different email address isn't being recognised meaning I now have to watch TNT Sports on my TV and can't use a mobile device.
