IPC6007 error message

We have a similar problem - except our second box is the one not playing all the subscribed channels, and we don't want this one to be our main box.  So we can't follow your solution.  Any other ideas?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the BT Community!  I have moved your post to create your own thread as the conversation you posted on has already been marked as solved.

I am sorry for the IPC-6007 error message you're seeing on your extra box.  This error message is due to a subscription issue from our side.  As we are a small team it will take us a few days to get round to picking up your case.  In the meantime, do you want to have a word with one of our guides in the helpdesk?  This'll get everything resolved sooner.  You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.
