Hi, I've paid for BT monthly pass last night 7.30pm, and still haven't had the email to verify my BT ID, and therefore can't log into any services.
Are you able to log into BT.com with it? That'll at least confirm the email address you used was correct, and should offer another chance to send a verification email.
Thanks for the quick reply Darren, no I can't login either, and when prompted in the forgot my BT login screen, it doesn't recognise my phone number either, despite me receiving several texts last night confirming my setup etc to that number.
