I was watching BT Sport Ultimate via a Virgin V6 box when the audio suddenly cut out. I made no changes to audio setup and I have watched BT Sport Ultimate in the past with no problem. I have tried changing audio settings on the V6 box (which I have also reset) and the TV but to no avail. Audio is fine on all other channels including the BT Sport HD channels.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Ahh ok. You'll need to contact Virgin Media then in the same way you would for broadcast issues on any other channels...
There is (or was) a known sound fault on VirginMedia with Ultimate in the Nottingham and Derby area.
Fair enough - just wondered if anyone had come across this problem and had a solution
