hi @Leanne_T  thank you for assisting @MD58 .

Unfortunately the web documentation seems flawed

I had a look at the link  supplied

and it appears to be missing details on the Big Sport package- it lists  Entertainment, Big Entertainment, Full Works (formerly  VIP) and Sport  .   Perhaps you could forward to relevent team for checking.
