My old tnt account is showing in the app. I have a new account as I now have broadband, it won't allow me to update the account number on the app

Can you not sign out of your old account on the app and sign in with your new one? Come to think of it that might be an issue if you've used the same email on both.

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide will be able to manually remove the old account for you.
