I have a Google TV Chromecast. The BT sport app has stopped working .. it starts and says "optimising display" then black screen, then restarts ... Loop forever
I have tried uninstalling. Chromecast is on latest version . Nothing seems to help
Can't think of any reason for that, and we're not seeing any error reports coming though from the app. The simplest way to stop the app from trying to optimise the display is by changing your display settings - set it to a fixed resolution rather than auto. I'm not convinced that'll be the cause of your issue though.
Ooo interesting. I'd really appreciate if you could send me an email at tv.apps@bt.com just with your BT ID, and I'll check the logs when I'm home in the new year ... just to see if it's something we need to fix.
