I have something similar in that I had BT Sport with a BT Broadband package. It all works fine on the TV and Sky box, but having downloaded the Discovery plus app, I cannot see a way to activate it and sign in. I have been to my MYBT page and when I go to manage TNT sports, I see a link to manage Discovery Plus but there is no link to activate. My previous sign-in used with BT Sport app obviously does not work. Quite frustrated at the moment, please help 🙂
